Clean hotel with helpful staff.

During my stay, I faced a significant cleanliness issue in my room. Not only was there an infestation of cockroaches, but the entire bathroom was unkempt and the cleanliness standards seemed severely lacking. Additionally, I noticed that the overall maintenance of the hotel could use substantial improvements to provide guests with a more enjoyable experience.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Walking Street and Central Festival Pattaya for shopping. I loved the spacious room we stayed in, and the kids enjoyed the nearby water park with its fun infinity pools.

I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I loved relaxing on my balcony while soaking in the ocean views. For a peaceful night, consider earplugs as the sounds from the lively streets can be a bit loud.

The location is amazing with decent WiFi and smooth access to your room. I felt super secure with the CCTV in the hallways.

I enjoyed the large room with a comfy bed and a great balcony facing the city. The hot water shower worked perfectly, and the elevator made getting around super easy. Plus, I loved having multiple restaurants and stores nearby. I even extended my stay by 15 days!
